Did you know that you could give yourself a mortgage loan from your RSP's? This strategy is very interesting, especially if you currently invest into GIC's at very low rates of return within your RSP and you have a mortgage. Utilizing this strategy you could be paying interest to yourself instead of the bank. Who knew???
